Memory extension on Visor Deluxe

There must be enough Deluxe users still out there to answer
this.

What combination of Springboard adaptor for compant flash (or other media), such as Memplug of Flashplus can be used in combination with what launcher to utilize various software to get past the 8MB limit of the Deluxe? In other words, either use the software in the Deluxe 8MB memory and access the data on the memory extension, or perhaps have both software and data on the memory extension.

I think the Memplug adapters come with VFSHelper and PiDirect II, which should do the trick.
