Hi guys. I was wondering if Pidirect would work with my Flashplus module(Updated FA apps. with VFS). If it doesn't then is there another program I can use??? Also I recently did a hard reset and I found that all the files to the palmos 3.5.2 patch files (which are HSExtensions 3.5.2, etc.) are there. But the About Applications says that i'm running 3.5 and i believe i am too because the pref menu is different(I use to be able to choose never at the auto-off feature, also connections had a lot of more connecting options.). Do I have to install the patch again???? BTW the contrast trick does work if your screen is flickering, those people who says that it doesn't are doing something wrong. And is it normal that my screen turns black when i do a soft reset. Can I use my green led and microphone using an application???Thanks for your time.

No, PiDirect only works with MemPlug adaptors. What you need depends on what you are trying to do. If you just want to run apps off your card, you need to use VFSHelper to enable VFS Support. Then get a third-party launcher that supports VFS. I use Launcher III but I know there are others. You might want to check out the FlashAdaptor FAQ for more info.

You need to go to the App | Info menu item. Then select version. This will give you the detail you are looking for. If you are running the patch you will have 3.5.2H1.5.

Yes, this is normal. As long as the PalmOS logo appears you are fine.

The microphone is hardwired to the springboard slot; only springboards can use it. I do not know of any applications that use the power LED...
