New and boxed although box has been opened. I'm in the UK but it's small enough that I could ship it Stateside. It's exactly the same as is sold in the States. Before I decide on the price for a sale to the US, I need to know how much it is available for in the US. In the UK it costs �180 and I would sell mine here for �120.

I think $150 to include shipping anywhere in the US sounds reasonable to me. It is brand new. I can take a $ check as I have a checking account in Florida. Unfortunately, I don't have PayPal or similar.
