Question

If you use one, do you have any case cracking problem? I'm thinking about buying one...

Agghh! What's with all of these case companies having the absolute crappiest sites?

Case in point:
http://www.incipiodirect.com

Can anyone point me to a photo of how the case looks on the INSIDE (except for the unlabeled images on the home page)? Can anyone tell me how the Visor attaches to the case?

The info may be on the site, but I can't find it.

Anyways, Taki, I'm not sure which case you are referring to, but they all seem to be made out of fabric materials, so I don't see how they would really "break" per se. Are you referring to a hardcase on their site?

I bought one a few months ago, with a faux armadillo finish. The fabric was really nice and sturdy. The inside was similar to a nylon wallet. At that point, you had to fasten the Visor via velcro, which wasn't really that bad. I attached the velcro strip to my Springboard cover, so it made for easy removal of the Visor for hotsinc.

It looks like they have a new type attachment specifically for the Visor that uses the clip on cover.

The first one I ordered ripped near the plastic window. When I contacted them, they told me that they added another row of stitching to fix the problem. When they sent a replacement, it was indeed made better and the problem was fixed.

All in all it was a very sturdy, nice-looking case that could serve as a replacement wallet. My only complaint was that it is a bit too bulky to carry around in your pocket, though I would recommend it. However, if your looking for a small case that does not serve as a wallet and clips on to your belt, check out the cases made by Covertec. I bought one and love it. I gave the Incipio to my brother, and he seems to really like it.

I hope this helps.

Homer, Visor version of Incipio cases attach Visor with the infamous plastic cover(there is a "belt" that holds the cover). That's why I'm wondering about cracking.

JJR, thanks for the info. I'm thinking about getting it for my vacation. I usually use a leather case at work but wanted something more casual. I'm also thinking it would be better to have my wallet & Visor together so that I don't have to carry two things. On the other hand, if I lose it or it gets stolen I'll be doomed
