platinum proccesor speed+flash memory modual=faster loading?

hi, i have a visor thet has 2mb and a hagiware 16mb modual. i have 1mb free on the internal memory and used 7mb from the modual. everytime that the screen refreshes because i either soft rested or came back to the apps menu from an application it takes at least 4 seconds to load the applications from the modual to the screen! and since i only have a visor with 16mhz i wanted to know that if the platinum which has uses 33mhz would load apps from a modual faster than a visor would?

i would like this information if anyone had it, because i am really looking towards a new visor PLATINUM as a christmas gift
