I just bought a lap top for on the road use and I am wondering if I should buy another craddle or an usb cable to hotsynch on the road. What is the difference? I went to Hanpspring site but they don't offer much descriptions.

thanks.

p.s. if the usb cable does the same thing as the craddle, I would buy the usb cable.

Thumbs up

I use a USB cradle at home and have a USB cable for my laptop. The cable does exactly the same things as the cradle. The only difference is there is no button to start the hotsync from the cable. Instead you use the hotsync app on the Visor to start the hotsync.

Before I got the cable, I carried my cradle around. I thought it was too big & bulky. The cable works great, in fact, that is what I sync with everyday at the office.

awesome, thank you for the fast response. I will definitely buy an usb cable then since my EB slipper case doesn't make it easy to hotsynch with a craddle anyway.
