Hi,

I just bought a Visor Deluxe and love it. But I have two questions.

1.) My Visor produces a fatal error when I try to switch the catagory on the launcher by tapping on the drop-down menu.

2.) Ijust bought those WriteRight screen protectors and have no idea how to put it on and take it off because the instructions aren't too clear. Could anyone help?
