I ordered my blue handspring visor deluxe on 1/23 (online). When I called customer service I spoke to a quite rude fellow who told me I'd have to wait four weeks. So I went online to check my credit card statement and handspring had charged my card, so I called customer service and without ANY hold time (I called the 888 #) a polite woman answered, took my order number and informed me my visor had been shipped on the 25th!!! Woo hoo! I should have gone for Fed Ex but ohh well, she said it will definitely be here by next week. I'm quite excited.
