Ordered BVD on 12-12-99, received unit on 1-18-00. Arrived DOA, product will not respond. Called HS tech support, waited for 45 minutes, got RMA# and was told one-two weeks for replacement. I hope this is not a sign of things to come!!! Customer service needs to be upgraded!!
