PalmGear and GoType

Has anyone had problems with PalmGear? The GoType keyboard I ordered was backordered until Nov 5, but still hasn't shipped. Their database is down and they can't give me any info on my order. I would love to cancel the order and get it somewhere else... Sorry for the rant.
