-- What is with my display??? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=10632)
Hi. Firstly sorry for my English. I am from Moldova.
I have a little problem with my Visor.
When I push with finger or with stylus un the top of the display it moves in. Is this a problem? From our local distributor they say that this move is normal. So when I push on the display the space between plastic and display is 0,5 millimeter. But on the down of display it is well fixed. When I shake my Visor I feel and hear how display is moving into the plastic frame.
Is this really normal??? Is this a problem? Can I open my Visor and to put something like scotch to fix better the display?? If yes how to do this?

It is not normal really, but since so many people complain about it, it is a common problem. It is a problem I've had with Visors since I got my first one in Oct 1999. You think they would have corrected it by now! I just got an optimized replacement and it does the same thing.
You could take it apart and fix it yourself but that would void the warranty. If you do try, don't use SCOTCH use scotch TAPE or else you'll ruin it!
Take your Visor back to the distributor and get another. No sale is complete until the customer is happy.
If the distributor won't replace it, try the American way--SUE!
A post-it note, folded in half and placed between the screen and case (after screws removed) fixes this. Technically voids the warranty so be careful.
