I got my visor yesterday and had no problems with getting it sync with my pc using WIN98 but today I come to work and it won't sync for anything. I've uninstalled and re-installed the software twice now. Any suggestings or help would be appreciated. The only error I get is on the visor saying that it can't establish link to check setup and retry. Well I check setup and its set for USB. So I'm lost. HELP!!! PLEASE!

Try a soft re-set of the Visor. It seems to work for me!
