Jansport makes a pouch designed to attach to a backpack strap, but the large horizontal velcro strap will also slide through a beltloop. The inside is a soft synthetic fabric and the velcro flap is shaped to accommodate an antenna . There is also a plastic swivel clip, but I wouldn't trust it to hold my PDA.

My Visor Prism with Visorphone slides in easily if you don't mind putting the screen facing out. Since the case isn't padded, I prefer to have the screen facing toward my body, and that takes a tiny bit more effort to get the edge of the case around the protruding phone module. (The Prism is thicker than other Visors, so I'm guessing it the fit is better with them.) Either way, the flap doesn't exactly fit around the antenna, but it is all soft nylon, so it works fine.

It isn't the most attractive or elegant solution, but it does work for me.

At this link, you'll see two versions. The large version ($13.99) is really the same size pouch with a wallet/cardcase attached. The small version ($7.99) is just a single pocket pouch (that's what I've got).
