Selling memplug CF module

I have a memplug springboard module (CF) for sell. The last letter in the serial number is a C so I assume this is the third version of the card. It works perfectly.

I don't have the box or the g-movie disc, just the memplug. On the memplug all the programs are already loaded on the module (it comes this way from memplug). Plug and play, absolutely no setup required. I have already updated the memplug's software with the latest VFS driver and the latest CF Updater version 1.64.

I am asking $40 for it + $4 shipping or the best offer. I will ship it out priority 2-day US mail.

Why am I selling it? I returned the Visor Deluxe after testing it out for 1 week and went with an Ipaq.
