Has anyone else had problems with their digitizer not working well with the backlighting on?

I noticed last night while playing solitaire that my Visor would occasionally stop pointing for a few seconds at a time. Of course, it was most noticable in the upper right corner when trying to click on the deck to get another card. Switching the backlight off, I didn't have any problems. And switching to a higher clock speed seemed to decrease the severity of the problem (it happened maybe half as much).

Admittedly, I do have a weird digitizer setup since I broke my original one and swapped in a P1000's digitizer. I had to put in jumper wires to get the signalling correct, but that means that I do have a few extra wires around to pick up and interference from the backlight and backlight inverter- if that is the problem.

But before I go take apart my Visor and mess with the fragile wiring job, I thought I'd ask if anybody else has noticed a problem, maybe not to the extent that I have it, but maybe occasional missed taps or worse graffiti recognition with the backlight on.

I have experienced no problems with the supplied screen. I use the back light a lot to read at nigt and never have expeirenced any loss in event recognition.
