What backup should I buy?

I dropped my Visor Prism last week and it bit the dust. I'm getting a new one shipped to me and I want to know what is the best backup module?
Should I buy a flash memory one? Or just the basic Handspring 8MB?
I want to store applications and my Handspring photo albums.
Any help, opinions would be greatly appreciated.
