visor AND palm

OK, I have a Palm and my wife has a Visor. Are there any problems associated with syncing both to the same PC? Should I give each one a unique username or if I give them both the same name can I just synch one or the other using different cradles and so get the exact same info on both?

NOt a good idea

It is NOT a good idea to sync to devices to the same user name. You run the risk of liosing your data because the software may become "confused". Use two different user names.
