2 VDX's sharing 1 Calendar

Forgive me if this has been asked already, but I searched the posts and couldn't find anything related. My wife and I share our Outlook Calendar on our Visors. Which is great because we can put appointments in for each other, and it will show up in their Visor after the next sync, and I really don't want to flip between 2 different calendars. However I was wondering if there is any way I could schedule an appt, or task that will show up only on mine and not be transferred to hers, and likewise for her.
