I'm a PDA newbie. I guess I want to be able to do everything my laptop will do with this thing. I'm considering buying a Springboard 33.6 Modem. I realize that I will be able to retrieve my email (Earthlink standard connection). I assume that it will sync with Avantgo. But, will I in any way be able to real time surf the internet? I've noticed some browsers for wireless browsing but not through a landline. HELP!

Lightbulb Avantgo.

Avantgo allows you to surf in real time on the internet.

Hit the menu button, and in one of the menu options it allows you to enter a web address, surf away.

Proxiweb is also good, and I'm going to try the Eudora Internet Suite.

Thumbs up

Thanks. I bought the Springboard 33.6 modem and installed Eudora Suite and it works great.
