Help! Nokia 7160 & Visor - Can't connect

I have a Nokia 7160 and a Visor. When I try to connect, the phone connects then disconnects after 2 seconds. Anybody know how to fix this problem. I have IRLINK and have set up the network ...help

I've had this problem a few times in the past using different 'phones and laptops (never tried it with a Visor).

A few times we've just found that the laptop is incompatible for no apparent reason.

Another thing to check is that your 'phone is data enabled. You usually have to check with your Service Provider on this one. Enabling was free on our SP. They allocate you additional data and fax numbers, and then allow you to send / receive data.
