I've got a very strange problem that I just can't figure out.

I've tried several times to install a ThinkDB2 TinyByte. Each time the hotsync log indicates that the file installed. However neither ThinkDB2 (searching under 'All' and 'Unfiled') nor THDBConv see the file. Also I can't find the file in Filemover (searching under 'All') or Launch Em's database list. Finally, BackupBuddy didn't back it up and of course it's not in my backup directory.

I am stumped. Any ideas?
