I received a Visor Deluxe as a gift and noticed that the top of the screen moved downward into the case whenever tapped with the stylus. Handspring sent me a replacement which did the same thing.

Is this normal or should the screen be more rigid?

that doesnt sound right to me. I've had 5 visors, all with different problems, but never one with a screen that moved. I'd call them again and see if they will send you a new on einstead of a refurb.
