Visor cable

All of a sudden my visor prism cable won't connect properly: it goes in at an angle. I purchased a new cable--same problem. I had an old prism lying about and both cables go easily into it and begin charging at once.

Help--I'm going to lose my calendar!

Sounds like the problem is in the Visor's connector, not the cable. Can you charge up the other Visor and beam the calendar to it, and then use it instead? Do you have a backup module you can use? Your calendar should be retained on the PC you sync with, too. It sounds like your Visor may need a bit of surgery to fix/replace the connector.

Comparing the two prism's, is the connector of one loose or do they appear to be different in any way (angle, set back inside the case, etc.)?
