I recntly have had problems Hot Syncing on my Win 2000 laptop. I am running Hot Sync ver 3.0.2H.

When I first installed it it worked fine, then I had to slow the sync speed to 19200, now it won't syn at any speed.

Any suggestions?

Yeah, quit using the serial cradle and use the USB cradle if you can. I have been using that since Handspring came out with the patch for Win2K and it works great and is faster than serial.

If not, then make sure that you are still set to use the serial connection to sync.
