Transfer data between palm-os and windows-os pda's?

I - would like to know if anyone knows how to transfer files from a palm os based pda (a visor prism) to a windows os pda (dell axim). Is there a way to do this EASILY, or can't it be done at all? Can the transfer be done using the infrared method? Thanks Irene

Squirt and BeamPro (available from palmgear) are advertised as being able to transfer stuff via IR. I haven't tried either - everyone I know has a Palm...
