Hi
When I press my ear against my Visor, and backlight is turned on, I can hear buzzing from Visor (like mosquito). Is this normal behaviour for Visor?

mine also buzz...I don't use it much with the backlight so I really never care for the buzzing sound

This is normal.

If you hold the screen up to your ear when the Visor is on but the backlight is off, you will hear a much fainter sound.

It's too bad you can hear the backlight sound almost at arms length.

A light buzzing is normal with all monochrome Palm-compatibles when the backlight is on. My Palm III did this and so did my VDX.

Confirmed.

Both of my Visors have had the buzzing backlight. No need to be alarmed.

I've had five Visors and they've all buzzed too.

The reason the visor buzzes is because of the voltage regulator the backlight uses more power so the regulator hums more.
