Helping getting on the web, with my Platinum

Guys -

I've been on AT&T Worldnet with my Visor before, but I had to switch to a Platinum when I sold my Edge. Got tired of that 'Sled', expansion.

However, what app do I need to load to edit phone numbers, userid's, IP's, etc so I can logon to Worldnet? I used to have Eudora, but now I have the Blazer browser...do I still need the Eudora piece?

Go to the Prefs app. Under Network and Connection, and you'll find all the settings for getting connected.

Modem connection for Platinum

Folks that would like to connect to an external modem with a Platinum, Neo, or Pro can do so with the new Low-Power Cable from www.pcables.com. A USR external modem works fine. The parts will be available early December.

This is a good way to connect to the internet with the Platinum (or other Visors.)
