I just changed my order for a deluxe from a graphite visor to a blue.
The customer rep sounded like he did not have a clue. Since it seems that they are still using paper any bets on what color I will eventually receive, since HS does not beleive in confirming order. They may have a great product and much good PR in the press, but the way they are treating the buyers leaves much to be be desired Any comments Jeff or Donna ?

I have to agree with you.
I changed my order from a standard to a blue deluxe and the guy sounded like he didn't know anything about my previous order at all. He tried to look up my name in the computer, but I don't know if he found anything there or not. My last order was placed on the 14th, so I can maybe see why.
We'll see which machine shows up on my doorstep in a few weeks. I doubt I'll have the will to send it back if it's not the right one. I'm supposed to get a confirmation email that it was CHANGED, but not much else. He had to pass the note on to his manager so maybe there's a few people in charge doing some of the organization.
Sounds fishy........I had a very similar experience about 4 days ago. I called them to cancel the Tiger Woods module that I had ordered and the CSRep was like...."what's your name...." and "you want to cancel your order..." "what color did you have" it was hard to get her to understand that I was only cancelling the game, not the Visor. I doubt if she even had my order accessible to her.

I went from cool to boring - ice to graphite.
But buddy could not find my order on the computer and said he would forward the change on a piece of paper. Wow!
He said I should get the confirmation via email. Will that be before or after my visor ships?

If they already started shipping you might be out of luck.. but that's a BIG if.
They actually called me up later that day and left me a message saying they confirmed the change in order.
Calling back the next day (to see if my order still counted as being the 14th) it was actually in the computer as my changed colour. Only time will tell.
