Am I abusing the reset button?
If the new Visor I am using is off for more than half an hour or so, the ON button stops working and I have to do a soft reset. Is this normal? It winds up gettng reset 4-5 times a day. That seems like it would be hard on the device after while.
The official Visor support page has given me detailed explanations of what resets do, but nothing to address this situation.
What are you running on your "new" visor? Software might be causing all the resets. However, you might also have a faulty Visor. If mine did that, I'd send it back and make them send me another one!
As far as resets go, you're gonna have a hard time causing software damage. You might want to be careful about how hard you poke the back of your Visor, though. You might do some damage there depending on what you use to reset it.

"Abusing the reset button." Hmm. I think a nun once told me you could go blind that way.
I'm kidding, kidding.
