Can we start a log of what Handspring has been giving free or as compensation?

Ordered 1 visor on 9/30/99
Received 2 visors 10/26/99
Receieved 5 Pack of Stylus (11/2/99) with an apology letter for charging for and sending two visors.
I received the same 5 stylus pack for the inconvenience of being over shipped. They credited my card (before getting the visor back so I won't have to go out of pocket.) Handspring has done the right thing by me. Appology accepted!
By the way, the answer to a question from another thread, the stylus does have a reset pin. It is plastic, so don't flinch!

Refunded money for serial cradle.
Refunded $20.00
