ProRecord Digital Voice Recorder

This has to be the best digital recorder for the Visor out there right now. You can link spoken notes to appointments, todos, memos, and contacts. You can upload the messages to your computer. Finally, it has earphones and a more powerful speaker.

All for $100.

Here is what Palmgear's site has to say about it:

"Record directly into your Visor handheld

Finally, there's a smart way to record and store important information into your Visor handheld Just say it on ProRecord! The ProRecord digital voice recorder directly links your important voice messages to Palm OS based PIMS, such as Address, Date Book, ToDoList and Memo. Just plug the ProRecord Springboard module into your Visor and press the HotKey button to record notes, memos and reminders.

With 16MB of onboard flash memory, you'll get a total of 8.5 hours of recording, or up to 1024 individual messagesanytime and anywhere. The built-in high-quality microphone and speaker offer you quick and easy digital recording and playback. And the included desktop application software even lets you upload the voice files and send them as attachments in your email."

I am glad you asked. I was about to just say it but I was waiting for someone to ask. It means "Here King Harold was killed." It is from the Bayeux Tapestry which is a long strip of cloth. Sewed into that cloth is a pictoral and latin language history of the Norman invasion of England. The part that I quote was from where the Saxon king, Harold Goldwinson, was killed by an arrow to the eye. Of course, it also doesn't help when the norman army hacks you to death and that has nothing to do with computers.
