Although I have already made my move to Palm Vx, I wanted to let you know that Ms. Dubinsky is an honorable (and obviously overworked) executive.

She personally resonded to my complaint email (at least it wasn't an auto-responder, because the response addressed my specific email). She has assured me that my order would be cancelled.

That's pretty good personal service from the top, even if the minions below her are running around in circles below her.

The updated web page has instruction on how to cancel an order along with a new letter from Donna talking about the problems.
