WHAT EXACTLY IS BLUETOOTH! Ive been hearing all this buzz about it, and i cant figure out what it is.

my best understanding is that Bluetooth is a standardized protocol for wieless comunication that will allow any bluetooth compliant device to communicate with any other bluetooth coliant device. So appliances could talk to oneanother, you could use a blutooth visor to program you oven or place phone calls. the possibilities are nearly endless.

But as I said, that is my best understanding and I may not be entirely correct.
