I ordered on Sept 29th and it appears (though as mentioned in other threads it might just be the company) that my credit card has not been charged nor authorized...
I waited 40 min on phone but alas, I lack patience.

A person who uses the handle of Zen does not have patience? This is what I call an oxymoron.
I have received my Visor and my debit card has still not been charged, so I wouldn't worry too much.
Try this mantra I recently learned. It is helping me through a time of spiritual need.
"Thank you for calling Handspring. Your call is important to us. We are presently experiencing a high volume of calls. Please stay on the line for the next available representative. Thank you"
Just as I read the post above I heard it while I was on hold. ROFL!!!
