Handspring Offering Price Adjustments. Act Fast!
The good folks at Handspring are offering price adjustments to anyone who ordered a Visor, Visor Deluxe or Visor Platinum prior to their official reduction last week.
Call their customer service # 888-565-9393, press option 2 for customer service, and ask them about the price adjustment. They will ask you when you purchased your Visor and as long as it's within a 30-day window, they'll do it.

It's for all Edge, Platinum and Deluxe. Regular Visor owners are SOL.

visor refund/big clock
i received my visor deluxe 9 days after they lowered the price i called them up and the guy that helped me was great said it was set up and to watch for a credit on my visa....now as i have only had my visor a short time i downloaded big clock but can not get the alarm to ring loud or to ring a lot any one help me
I'm guessing this is just for people who ordered from Handspring directly. I ordered my Platinum from Amazon.com so am I SOL?
