I just talked to a CSR and he said that my visor (ordered Sept 29) should arrive no later than tuesday, probably this friday (express shipping to canada). He also mentioned that they have shipped all orders from late sept to mid oct, and that they are 2 weeks ahead of schedual. Nice to hear some good news for once.

That's great news. I'm also from Canada and can't wait. Can you tell me what you ended up being charged (sales tax, duty, shipping)?

Would 'mid-October' cover up to the 14th, you think? Just wondering... That would be very cool, to get it a couple weeks ahead of schedule!!

Well, I unfortunately received conflicting news. I ordered September 27 and was told that I would get my Visor at the earliest of next week and possibly the week after that. This completely goes against what the rep told you about all orders up through mid-october having already been shipped. Hopefully you rep was right and mine was wrong, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

What shipping did you indicate Kimble?
