What are some of the interesting things that make wireless internet access on a palm worth the $30 + per month?

I have used both yadayada and sprintpcs (with the
proper cables). I have found that everytime i
went "let me plug my minstrel in and quickly get that
info", I spend a lot of time waiting for a good connection,
then watching the pages slowly load on my prism. I have
got alot better performace from my cellphone, it only
takes a few seconds to connect. Plus unlike the minstrel,
I have been able to surf on the train. And dont forget
that sprintpcs web service is on $10 while yadayada is $40.

Beside the C L factor, it's a convenient way to stay connected while mobile (I'm also using my SprintPCS cell phone).

My cable for my phone should be arriving tomorrow, I see myself using AIM and email and maybe some wireless web browsing in my lectures to fight the boredom. Also the advantage of a phone (I have sprintpcs) is that you don't only have to use it for data but you can also use it for voice so it serves a dual purpose.
