PalmDesktop 4.01 won't install?

Just re-installed WinXP Pro, had no problem with it before... I downloaded PalmDesktop_401Hb.exe from Handspring and it looks as if it's trying to run in a command prompt window. Any ideas on alternate sources of "good" 4.01 installs?

You can get it from Palm, too- www.palm.com. It is the same basic thing as far as I know. Handspring's has a couple customized bits, but I do not think they affect the functional.

I should know better than to post a question like this before consulting Google. For the record, I found a copy of it at http://www.wlv.ac.uk/pub/software/winutils and it downloaded and installed without a problem.
