I ordered mine on the 15th and was told that it will be in the 2nd round of shipments - sometime next week. Problem for me is, I'm having it shipped to my office - and we are moving to a new location a week from today. Does anyone know if UPS will forward to a new address? Handspring said it was too late to change anything at this point on their end.

You ordered on Sept. 15th and that is considered 2nd shipment? Sheesh, so the entire first shipment goes to those first day (14th) orders?

Wow...I had thought I did good by getting in on Sept. 29th but looks like I'll be waiting a while.

I learned that my visor is shipping by UPS ground. It seems that a lot of you have changed that. How much more was that? And is it really worth it to you to get it a few days later. I am paying enough for mine in Canadian funds that I'll live with the wait.

'UPS forwarding'

Once you have your UPS tracking number call them and let them know that the address is wrong. As long as the package hasn't yet been delivered they will reroute it.

After finally getting my parents to commit to an early channuka present i ordered my graphite VDx on 10/6. Already 2 shipments have been talked about, i hope mine wiggles into the third.

Still the csr told me it would be 3 weeks to shipping from the day i ordered. if the first shipment has already gone out and the second is within the week, that might be right on or close enough.

at least i'll get it before channuka! until then i'll be envious of all the 1%'s who ordered theirs the first days.

There is no tacking number because of the website was not working accordingly to handsprings original plan....I guess that is a bad thing. It's great that they have started shipping and excited that I will receive my visor deluxe soon.
