Yes, Battery not charging

Hope someone is still reading here. I've checked all related messages and tried all recommeded solutions:Soft, Hard and cradle resets, disconect and connect battery, all to no avail. I have WWDL hooked up to VP always. It still charges but nothing on VP. FInally ran battery all the way down but still nothing. Current seems to be running as the WWDL chages W/O problem. Any ideas before I start shopping? Now I have a dead VP and no cellphone!!
