If I decide to upgrade to the Visor Platinum from my Visor Deluxe, what is the best way to transfer everything on my current Visor Deluxe onto my new Visor Platinum. Then, will a hard reset clear EVERYTHING off my Visor Deluxe taking it back to the original factory settings (so I can sell it without worrying someone will find old personal records)?

Sync your old visor to your old desktop. Install your new desktop program. Sync your new visor. Beam any third party software from your old visor to your new visor. When you're sure you've got everything, then you can clear your old visor by doing a hard reset.
