How do the Visor cases sold directly by Handspring interact with the VDX's hard plastic case? Do they actually contain a hard plastic case sewn inside as per the rumor?

Yes, they have another hard cover sewn in to the case, and that's what hold the Visor (no Velcro!). I have the HandSpring Bi-fold case, and it works great.

I received a zippered Visor custom case (that I had ordered in November), earlier this week. I am very pleased with the quality of the case and the protection it provides to my Visor. If you are looking for a quality case and are not in a hurry, my advice would be to wait till the Custom cases are offered on-line once again.

Thanks alot. I think I'll buy one of the Black microfibers-- they're pretty cool
