Have new IDX. Love it so far. Does anyone know if you can get mail syncing to include subfolders of Inbox in Outlook Express 5.0. I have all these message rules on PC desktop that put messages into inbox subfolders (ex: all ZDNET daily messages I get go in ZDNET folder I created as a sub of Inbox). How can I bring them on to the Visor? Is there another software product for this? The included mail conduit seems only to bring the INBOX and nothing else.

thnx in advance for advice.
BTW Ordered Monday 3/6, rec'd Thurs 3/9 Express shipping.

I, too, would like to know the answer to your question. I have more mail in my subfolders than in my inbox. To be able to access the subfolders when necessary would be great. Maybe a 3rd party source could be the answer.

The only product I know that will do this is Intellisync by Puma (http://www.pumatech.com), but I don't know if it'll work with Outlook Express (go to the site and check for yourself). It does work with a ton of other mail clients, however (including the Outlook '98 & 2000)

Ok guys, I need help. Are you talking about software that lets you sync your received email from your PC to your Visor? That's what I'm looking for so that I can read my email received on AOL, on my Visor. Any other suggestions or advice?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey,

If you use the Chapura conduit which came on the CD with your Visor, then according to thewww.chapura.com FAQs link.

Solution:
PocketMirror currently does not synchronize sub-folders. We have plans to add this feature in a future update, but in the meantime, many of our customers use Outlooks category field and view to keep their contacts separated into groups.

Any new news on this matter

I just bought PocketMirror Pro 3.0 and can't figure out how to do it. I have a e-mail into their support so if I figure it out I will let everyone know. Thanks everyone.

As far as I know, none of the conduits link to AOL. I believe that you need AOL for Palm to access your AOL mail (via modem).

inbox subfolders

I have a regular isp and was trying to sync inbox subfolders using Outlook 2000 with my visor. Pocketmirror support e-mailed me today and said and I quote

"PocketMirror 3.0 Pro only supports Outlook's
Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and Notes. You will
need to contact Handspring to see if they have any
software that will support the e-mail subfolders
synchronization."

Does anyone know of any inexpensive software that will do this? Thanks everyone.

Paul
