Help

I encountered the mr. flip problem yesterday...what a drag especially when you depend on your phone for business purposes...

went to HS site first and downloaded and installed the radio reset and drained the battery without any success. I'm running the GPRS off fido's network here in Canada.

Read a few posts here on treocentral;

decided to try disconnecting the battery...that didn't work
reinstalled the latest GPRS upgrade...that didn't work
tried the jogwheel and soft reset...that didn't work

Anybody have any suggestions before before I throw this thing all the way bacl to California?
