Cool

I've been thinking there is all of that real estate free back in that thar Visor. And hardly a springboard to put in it. Anyone have any thoughts about what to put in it? From the serious to the frivolous?

Post it notes? MandM's? Vitamins? There must be something USEFUL that is the perfect size... :-)

Visor... the freshmaker!

Maybe someone should come up with a springboard-shaped handpurse (wallet for you toughguys). How about a tissue or Handi-wipes dispenser? I dunno, but it seems there's a large untapped market here that's being ignored.

I use mine for a paperclip (rest pin) and Post-It notes.

I took a pad of Highland #6539 post its (they're 1.5" x 2") and trimmed the edge a bit. Now they fit in quite nicely.

Altho I'm not a smoker, I'd like to see a Zippo lighter Springboard.

Scalpel,

The small size 3M "Post-it" Notes pad is an *exact* fit. No trimming required.

I took a picture of it that Rich has posted at http://mayhem.res.cmu.edu/~cheese/visor.html

I have post-it notes in my slot now, before I had filled it with Certs Powerful mints but they rattled too much. The post-it notes seem to jam up the slot occasionally and I have to shake the visor to get them loose next time I need to reset.

Android,

Don't leave the post-it notes loose. Peel off the top 1/3 or so of the pack, and "stick" it to the inside of the springboard cover. That way it stays in place.
