This Palm desktop isn't the most intuitive program in the world...

So I installed the USB, the software, pressed the button, and voila, nothing worked. Then I restarted the sync, and it sync'd fine. However, out of Outlook, essentially only my email sync'd. My addresses are nowhere to be found. I can't seem to add the conduit (?) and don't know where to start. Hints?

Did you go to the Hotsync Manager and check the custom setup? It could be your synch options for calendar, etc. may be set to "Do Nothing."

If I understand you correctly, those options aren't even listed, and I don't know how to put them there. (My list of options is not as long as what is in the instructions.) I will try again when I get home, but I am confused.

You need to install Chapura's PocketMirror which ships with the Visor. I went thru the same confusion. I'd actually made it as far as Chapura's website and was about to plunk down $40 for a copy of PocketMirror when their site informed me that the software was included with the Palm V and HandSpring. So I poked around on the CD and found it. Look for the PocketMirror folder and run the Setup.exe. That'll get you fixed up. I did this and it works great. Having all your Outlook data in your pants pocket is a really neat feeling!
