For those of you using Documents to Go from Dataviz on your Visor, be aware that a soft reset with the application installed will cause a Fatal Exception. There is a problem in DocsToGo that causes this...

To save yourself, reset while holding down the "Up" scroll button. This will let you enter the PalmOS and remove the DocsToGo app...

Hmm. I have removed the two application but still get this "fatal error" when starting the Visor.

I can definetely confirm this. Had to hard reset several times - reload all apps from scratch. Documents To Go is bad news!

Gentlemen,
Docs to Go users!
I have been using the program for some time now and I have posted several threads that were not related directly to Docs to Go but cautioned people about reloading with Backup Buddy:
If you have to reset (hard) don't allow backup buddy to reload Docs to Go. Reload all other software and then chose the reinstall Docs to Go from the desktop application. This is a work around that works for me.
Also, if you have Memo Plus from Hands High software....this is causing the conflict with Docs to Go. I removed the Memo Plus from my Visor and no longer have a fatal error problem when viewing docs.

Here is a list of other software that I have that shows no conflicts with Docs to Go.

Action Names 4.0, To Do Plus, Cesium, Convert Plus, Listmaker, Loan Pro, Launch'em, Quo Vadis, Top Secret, ThinkDB, SSP with the SSPNFL listings, ExpensePro, Phone Log, Text Plus, and Silkyboard (classic).

Another little tip: If you do have to hard reset and reload software....add the Docs to Go last. I know it's a pain but Docs to Go will not reload any other way.
