Dialing the Web with VisorPhone

Hi All,

I'm using the visorphone to connect to the web via blazer.

My problem is that when I'm connected to Voicestream via CSD (dialing the web) no one can call me!!! They get sent to my voicemail!

How come the call doesn't go through and ask me if I want to pick up the number?

I'm pretty sure you can't put the internet on hold therefore, when the system detects that you are on a data call it sends any incoming traffic straight to voicemail...

Your home phone any different than that? If you're on a modem on a phone, you want call waiting signals to come through interrupting the carrier for every voice call? Sounds to me like this is normal - it's not like it's wireless ethernet or CPDP.

Actually with V.92 you should be able to put the internet on hold But that's taking sooo long to to come out :P
