i tried searching the archives to these answers, but couldnt find them

1. who knows the exact screen size?

2. what is the link to the discussion where the guy opened up his visor and had step by step instructions.

the exact screen size is
3.19" X 2.395" ( or 6cm x 8 cm )

Opening the Visor is easy! The hard part is finding a Philips screwdriver that's small enough to do the job.

Step 1. Slide out the Springboard cover and gently unscrew the 2 screws on either side of the cover retainer slot.

Step 2. Gently unscrew the 2 screws on the back of the device near the battery compartment.

Step 3. Take your thumbnail and wedge it between both halves of the shell and gently slide your thumbnail around the perimeter of the case until it separates.

Voila!

Doesn't the screwdriver inside the Visor (color) stylus do the job?
