-- Cradle Improvement (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=3657)
Handspring may have improved the cradle since I got mine in January, but the one I got is so lightweight it slides around the desk. Solution: Carefully remove the two rubber feet at the front bottom and put them in a safe place. Then remove the three screws to take off the plastic bottom. You will see that the cradle is mostly empty inside. Take care not to displace the circuit board and button since the button is small and fragile. At the center/back of the plastic bottom, glue 4+ heavy duty metal washers in a neat stack. Re-assemble the cradle, put in the screws, and reapply the rubber feet. Whalla! Your cradle will have that quality feel and stay put on your desk!!!

Thats a good idea.
Hey VisorCentral...how about adding a "User's Tips and Tricks" section to the site?
I drilled a hole up from the bottom of mine to hold a stylus when not in use, very much like the Palm V cradle has a stylus holder.
Thinking about looking up the schematic for USB lines to see which one is power and what the voltage is. Then it would be really easy to install an LED light so that it would look even cooler... probably could find better things to do with my time though!
